This abstract piece portrays a mother carrying her baby on her back, shielding her baby from a storm, rain, sun and other bad environments with a vibrant blue umbrella. The blue umbrella, bold and central, becomes a symbol of quiet strength , a fragile yet determined shelter against chaos. Inspired by the everyday resilience of Rwanda women and generally African women who carry life on their backs and love in their arms, the work blends color, movement, and emotion into a visual poem of motherhood. Each splash and dot evokes motion of wind, of time, of sacrifice, yet at the center, love stands still.
